Thousands of Additional Armenians Massacre Victims Reports

Washington, Oct. 25. – The Turkish forces occupying Tabriz, Persia, is about to evacuate the city, according to a report dated October 22 from Teberan which reached the State Department today. The Turks already withdrawing their forces from roads leading out of Tabriz.
The same report states … British evacuated Baku some time … it was almost 36 hours before Turks arrived. In the meantime, Tartars had looted and murdered, discriminately, and it was reported that thousands of Armenians were massacred.
