Paris, Aug 27-French officials are aroused over a warning to Turkey that massacres of Armenians must cease, which the United States is alleged to have acted alone in sending to the Turkish government.
The subject has been under discussion in the Supreme Council, in which it is reported that there was sharped criticism of American interference in Turkey, through missions and otherwise, despite the fact that the United States has shown no disposition to accept a mandate for the administration of any Turkish territory.
